Sales and Marketing Strategy
We have identified many "niche" markets to sell assets and maximize the value to our consignment customers. Through years of experience, these outlets have kept revenue returns high as compared to the competition. By tying Market Sales Price directly to commissions paid to sales personnel, the incentive to sell at the highest possible price is maintained. Marketing of products includes the following: auction sites, trade organizations, web and fax broadcast services, direct user sales, both nationally and internationally. Market price is determined at least once a month and those prices are the minimum sale price accepted unless market conditions change dramatically. Auctions are controlled by "reserve" prices equal to or greater than the current market price established. Frequently, items are featured on broadcasts with additional technical information or pictures to enhance sales presentation.
